After having worked in the tax advisory field for nearly 30 years in the Netherlands, initially for major and medium-sized tax law firms, and from 1990 onwards as an independent tax advisor and partner in a medium-sized tax and accounting firm, I now have the excitement of setting up a brand new tax and legal firm in Aruba, to serve clients and help them find their way in the tax laws and regulations.
As an experienced and driven tax advisor, I am committed to protecting clients from the pitfalls of poorly drafted legislation and one-sided interpretations of tax law by the authorities. I believe that tax law is more than just a set of rules—it’s a framework that, when understood and navigated correctly, can unlock valuable opportunities for individuals and businesses.

As a Tax Advisor, I act as the bridge between clients and the Aruba Tax Authority, delivering clear, practical solutions that make complex matters simple. With a Master of Law and more than seven years of experience, I focus on helping clients feel confident and informed in their decisions. My proactive approach ensures both immediate needs and long-term goals are always taken into account.
What matters most to me is building lasting relationships with clients and supporting them through important milestones—whether starting a business, planning for growth, or navigating challenges. Since founding Klatt & Partners, my goal has been to modernize tax advisory with a client-first perspective: one that blends legal expertise with empathy, transparency, and a commitment to seeing both our clients and our team thrive.

As the Office Manager of Klatt & Partners, I oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, streamline processes, and provide crucial support to the team in delivering excellent client service. With over 15 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, along with a strong background in bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable, I bring a comprehensive skill set that ensures efficiency and organization while allowing the firm to focus on providing top-tier tax and legal services.
In addition to my professional expertise, I am a co-founder of a family business, which has given me a solid expertise for efficiency, attention to detail, and strong client relationships. My experience spans industries such as Refinery, Accounting, and Mental Health Care, helping me develop excellent organizational skills, a strong commitment to confidentiality, and a client-focused mindset. Dedicated to continuous learning and growth, I strive to refine my skills while contributing to the success of both our clients and our team.
